Sho didn’t know how he was going to go about this, but he surely knew he was going to try his best. Taking Jun’s hand in his they left his apartment the next morning, off on the journey to show Jun everything.

Jun, not knowing fully what he was going to find out, was actually excited, and Sho was happy to see his smiling face at first, but then guilt weighted down on his heart. It threaten to drag him down into the depths of hell and torment him for all eternity.

Everything started out fine, Sho had actually taken Jun back to his home town, thinking that it was the best move on more than one way. Jun was still excited as they walked through the town going to places Jun had always told Sho about that he liked or hated, and Sho reminded Jun of all this. And as they slowly made their way around every now and then Jun would remember something or someone.

The day was coming to and end, Sho only had enough money for the train back so he decided that the would take the last train and he would get to the bottom of this, he would tell Jun everything.

“Sho-chan, where are we going?” Jun still wasn’t back to himself, well e wasn’t himself before…rather you could say that he wasn’t back to himself before he had the breakdown. Sho didn’t answer at first, his grip getting tighter on Jun’s hand for just a moment, “There’s something I want to show you, just one last thing before we go home.” The word home ripped at Sho’s heart, for he knew that the word home would become a taboo to Jun very soon.

As they continued to walk, Jun faintly recognized their surroundings. “I feel as if I’ve been down here before, but its been a while…” He mumbled. Sho didn’t respond, only pulled Jun closer to him, knowing full well what was to come.

The two boys soon cam up to a ruined house. Jun stared at it in confusion still not letting go of Sho’s hand. When Sho finally spoke up explaining Jun jumped at the sound of his voice that was fairly soft for him. “This was your house…well your families to be exact.” Jun’s eyes widened. “Wh-what happened?”

Sho fitdgeted a bit before answering. “I don’t know everything, I was only told so much. But there was a fire…. You were visiting on week after we had gotten into an argument and somehow…a fire started with you all in the house…” Sho’s voice got after and softer until he was afraid to speak.

Jun took all of this in, and then he remembered that strange dream from back in October a year ago. It was coming together…. He was….

Jun let go of Sho’s hand walking…no running to the mess that was left crying. Sho reacting as fast as his body would let him grabbed Jun back to keep him from doing whatever he as thinking. “Jun!” He yelled, but Jun tried to fight his way out of Sho’s grip. “JUN! Cut it out!” Sho yelled as he possibly could. The two of them were now crying when Jun finally stopped fighting falling to his knees. Sho walked around to knell in front of him.

Jun just cried into his hands for a minute while Sho hugged him, but then abruptly he pushed himself out of Sho’s grip. “Why?!” He yelled. “WHY!?!” His voice cracked a bit from getting overly excited. The neighbor around them started to come out to see this scene. “Why didn’t you tell me?” He asked. Sho couldn’t answer for he didn’t know why himself all he could do was look at the ground ashamed. “Dammit Sho!” Jun got up and started to head to the mess of a burned house again, but Sho tried to stop him.

“What the fuck are you doing?!” Sho questioned, his anger, and sadness all mixed into one from the past year. “It doesn’t concern you.” Jun said pulling out of his grip and moving again. “Sho grabbed his jacket pulling him back. He was still crying but also angry. “It does too! I care about you, it was partly my fault why all this happened, why you forgot….” He paused. “So don’t you dare tell me that it doesn’t concern me, the fuck it does!” Jun pushed him back going into full rage.

“Then what should I say, Sho?! WHAT THE FUCK SOULD I SAY?! Thank you for keeping me in the dark? Thanks for being selfish and not telling me?!” it was then that Sho’s fist connected with Jun’s face. Tears were still in Sho’s eyes as he looked at Jun laying on the ground. “I and fucking sick and tired of this!” He yelled crying out into full tears now. “You have no right to get angry with me, this just happened, life goes on.” Sho said falling to his knees next to Jun.

“I know this, but still! You kept this from me, something this important! I can’t believe how selfish you are being!” Jun grabbed Sho’s jacket collar. “I’m not being selfish. Far from it Jun. I’m keeping my promise…unlike you.”

Jun didn’t say anything and let go of his collar walking off to the train station to wait for the last train, and to gather his thoughts. Sho was left behind, alone in the dark. He knew this was going to happen, that his world would crumble, but not this bad. Sho soon got up from the ground following suit to the train station, not like Jun could go far without him.

All that guilt that had built itself up in Sho’s stomach was now gone and replaced with this feeling of complete sadness that felt as if it would never go away…
